While his peers were all content with making traditional mini cinnamon rolls, just as their parents, and grandparents, and great-great grandparents had always done, Erik had a passion for the unconventional.

Erik’s creations were a sight to behold. He would experiment with all sorts of different flavors of frosting, various toppings, unexpected sweet surprises, and more.

Unfortunately, in Sweden, this was blasphemy!

Determined not to let his dreams crumble like an over-baked cinnamon roll, Erik decided to post his unique treats on social media, and to his surprise…they went viral!
